Customer Service Officer
- 12 months renewable contract
- Working location: Islandwide
- Working hours: Shift work depends on roster and location allocated
- Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm
- Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days etc
The Opportunity
- Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges
- Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
- Assist with dispatch duties to the different stations when required
Your Background
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
- Customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- Must be comfortable with handling large amount of cash
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
