Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat and provide prompt and knowledgeable answers to customer questions.
- Process bank transactions like funds transfers, checks, and account openings.
- Maintain positive service traits and uphold the bank's brand name.
- Update and perform online maintenance on system terminals in response to customer requests.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up with customers.
- Contribute to achieving overall branch sales and service objectives.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining transparency in reporting control issues.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the banking or financial institution as a Customer Support Officer is preferred.
- Familiarity with banking industry practices and standards.
