The Opportunity

  • Provides Customer Support for Enterprise related matters for equipment through different channels i.e. emails, escalations etc.
  • Work within a gloabal team
  • Must possess good customer support skills, managing user enquiries to answer any tickets. Attend to issues raised.
  • Tasked to provide fast responses with regards to issues raised within 24 hours.

Your Background

  • A Bachelor's Degree / local Diploma in a relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant experience within a customer support role
  • Must be familiar with VLOOKUP, pivot table and other functions in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have experience gathering data from multiple sources and simplifying it for users
  • Good working knowledge of basic SQL
  • Have experience using Tableau OR Dashboard
  • Self-starter and a fast learner
