- Provides Customer Support for Enterprise related matters for equipment through different channels i.e. emails, escalations etc.
- Work within a gloabal team
- Must possess good customer support skills, managing user enquiries to answer any tickets. Attend to issues raised.
- Tasked to provide fast responses with regards to issues raised within 24 hours.
- A Bachelor's Degree / local Diploma in a relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience within a customer support role
- Must be familiar with VLOOKUP, pivot table and other functions in Microsoft Excel
- Must have experience gathering data from multiple sources and simplifying it for users
- Good working knowledge of basic SQL
- Have experience using Tableau OR Dashboard
- Self-starter and a fast learner
