Looking for lead Data Engineer with MNC Client
Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in leading Data Engineering projects
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related courses
- Solid understanding of Data ingestion/profiling methodologies for Big Data Platforms
- Ideally knowledge of Kafka, Flink and CouchBase DB
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies around data engineering architecture and solutions using on-premise, Azure Cloud and Hybrid infrastructure
- Broad understanding of AI, predictive analytics / business intelligence technical concepts, processes, procedures and methodologies
- Project management experience across multiple teams/releases and stakeholders; ability to shape priorities, coordinate resources and integrate efforts
- Exposure to DevOps in a cloud environment (desirable)
- Working knowledge of python and R (highly desirable)
- Providing data quality insights and recommends improvement
- Managing projects around data engineering and provide guidance on data engineering related issues that are led by in-country IT teams
- Stakeholder engagement, managing vendors and contract management
