The Opportunity
- Establish and document Standard Operating procedures for operations; Coordinate with cross functional teams (Vendor operations, Quality, Training, Knowledge Management) on SOP updates to ensure smooth launches
- Support in establishing and running operational processes and Sales Enablement initiatives
- Partner with scaled operational functions to support vendor operations, quality, training, and knowledge management exercises to improve operational performance
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of operations and report on key KPIs and metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Attend weekly reports on operation performance and document and quantify operational gaps; Partner with Program Managers and recommend suitable solutions to fix and address issues
- Aggregate feedback from vendors and cross functional teams (e.g. Sales, Operations, Product, Engineers, Product Marketing) to identify thematic issues
- Expected 30% of time spent on evening meetings to work with multiple time zones (in US, LATAM, EMEA)
Your Background
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, operationally rigorous with a high tolerance for nuance and ambiguity, and comfortable with frequent changes. They will have a track record of delivering measurable impact, recommend creative solutions based on data, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute on operational changes and roll outs. They will have an operational mindset with a strong focus on the needs of the user. They will have strong collaboration skills and be able to work across teams and countries.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant field required
- Has 10 + years of experience in services and operations, operations analytics, or in another operational service-oriented role
- Has intermediate to advance proficiency in SQL, including experience with data manipulation
- Experience in driving and managing multiple workflows, from monitoring to execution
- Experience in effective working with international and/or cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately document and record operational details
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
