The Opportunity
- Drive the requirements with key stakeholders for Digital initiatives and approval from control partners
- Process streamlining to create the change to Digital framework
- Develop digital communications to create digital awareness, boost engagement, and encourage internal stakeholders to embrace digital enhancements.
- Conduct walkthrough sessions to showcase In View digital capabilities, and understand clients' needs better to further improve our digital platform
- Provide regular updates on digital penetration statistics, clients' digital activities and conduct training sessions for new In View enhancements
- Run digital champion meetings, and socialize feedback with business analysts for implementation
Your Background
- Degree in Marketing or demonstrated skill/experience
- Experience in Banking products Marketing & Communication is essential
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is essential
- Experience in Data mining/crunching to derive insights is an added advantage
- Experience in Private bank exposure is an added advantage
