- Executing and optimizing of audience segments to meet the digital campaign performance expectation
- Assist with projects e.g. Management Platform (DMP) & Marketing Tools (eDM & SMS).
- Manage the Cross-sell and Upsell recommendation engine with the enforcement of proper business rules powered by DMP (Data Management Platform)
- Understanding internal customer segmentation to find a meaningful equivalent in the digital advertising space.
- Mapping the campaign attribution from online media to offline sales touchpoints.
- To drive digital campaign(s) efficiency with reduced overlapping & exclusion of audience segments.
The ideal candidates should have/be:
- A good university Degree in Computer Science / Business management / Business IT; good to have PMP qualifications/Google Analytics
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Data mining & analysis with Marketing campaigns execution hands-on. Possessing Telecom/Infocomm industry experiences will be an added advantage as well as experience with a Data Management Platform (DMP) (Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Audience Manager, Lotame etc)
- Basic knowledge in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A team player with strong project management skill with attention to details
- Problem-solver, result-driven and highly motivated individual with positive disposition and energy, resilience in the face of negative sentiment
- Effective communication and people engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Visio
