The Opportunity
Our client is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to take the lead with their email marketing strategies for mid-sized businesses across APAC. This role will be responsible for creating, executing and reporting on client-facing email marketing communications and will work closely with agency as well as cross-functional teams across marketing, sales and other teams to develop strategy and content that supports client goals. This person will also be tasked to adapt, localise and execute regional marketing campaigns for South Korea.
- Identify target audience and grow email list
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Design and write content
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Define, monitor and improve email marketing metrics
- Recommend and implement email best practices
- Adapt and localise project executions for South Korea mid-sized businesses
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent in both English and Korean (as the role will be supporting Korea market)
- Has 3-5 years of experience in a digital/email marketing role
- Solid understanding of digital and mobile marketing
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter with proven track record of 'moving fast' and delivering on tight deadlines
