* Identify, report and manage operational risk for security technologies. * Manage and report on Digital Security control compliance and adoption across Application, Cloud and Data security domains * Support the management of risks and issues that could impede the delivery of security strategy globally. * Work closely with influencing stakeholders to support the GwISP Digital Security function manage departmental risks related to finance and audit. * Must be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels to aid the management of risks and issues that may cross departmental or functional boundaries. * Familiar with project finances and able to estimate cost based on high level solution proposals * Manage and track audit related issues ensuring remediation of all audit related findings * Identity opportunities to further automate existing operational processes to drive efficiency improvements * Build dashboards to support Digital Security control and operational process status * Proficient in with PowerBI, Jira and Confluence Business and Management: * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, someone who is able to work collaboratively and constructively across different stakeholders. * Proficient in project finances, able to articulate CapEx and OpEx costs, analyse and report on project finances and identify savings opportunities. * Able to review security processes, identifying further areas for optimisation and automation. Problem Solving: * Define and operate security technology key performance indicators ensuring operational risk and capacity is managed within the security technology portfolio. * Must be able to identify solutions to complex issues arising from competing stakeholder requirements. * An excellent negotiator able to influence different subject matter experts, technology owners and business stakeholders. Decision Making: * Must be able to able to make decisions relating to the improvement of operational processes within the security technology portfolio. Accountability: * Accountable in driving improvements relating to operational processes, definition of project finances and audit tracking and management.
