The Opportunity
- Responsible to provide risk advisory services to first line related to product and service delivery riding on new technology including AI, IoT, digital payment, cloud infrastructure and data analytics.
- Conduct regular communication and training to enhance the first line knowledge and awareness related to the risk on specific new technologies.
- Act as trusted advisor participated in the project working group and provides risk comments to the various project proposals and solutions.
- Delivering a good solution to the internal and external customers and achieves collaboration between first line and second line in the technology risk management area.
- Supports adhoc enquiry from various stakeholders.
- Participate in the project working group and provide risk advisory services
- Provide day to day risk advice to stakeholders on the new technology domain
- Conduct regular communication for new technologies risk awareness
- Conduct training session to ensure the first line knowledge of new technologies
Your Background
- Deep knowledge and experience in adopting new technologies
- Good understanding of control cost and benefit trade-off
- Experience in supporting projects and solutioning
- Well understanding of the technology domains that may incur technology risk to the corporation
- Experience in working in matrix organization
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate business need for detection improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to command respect with gravitas and engage a variety of large audiences, internally and externally
