- Salary range - $7000 - $8,500 monthly
As one of the most innovative and fast-moving Technology & Digital Media firm, this US MNC has been named as one of the best brands to work for. Due to expansion, we are seeking for a Financial Accountant to join their APAC Team for a 1-year contract. You should be familiar and comfortable in working with ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP and solid knowledge of US and regional GAAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, review and responsible for financial reporting functions for APAC entities and this include US GAAP closing
- Involve with preparation of statutory financial statements and report
- Work closely with Audits and external accountants/consultants for reporting
- Support Tax Teams in corporate tax and VAT filings
- Support finance management team which include ad hoc financial analysis repors
- Test, design and roll out new financial system or tools
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree, ACCA, CA, CPA or recognised accounting qualification with 8+ years experience in APAC region
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, Local (APAC) GAAP
- Strong knowledge of ERP System - Oracle, SAP will be preferred
- Prior experience in Big 4 will be a huge advantage. Candidates with experience working for large scale US MNC in Tech, IT, Internet or similar industry will be preferred
- Highly analytical and meticulous with advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Must be interested to commit for 1 year contract
Successful candidate will be offered 1-year contract with 15-days annual leave, 14-days medical leave and medical insurance coverage
