The Opportunity

  • Cultivate strong partner relationships by helping partners adhere to platform policies and adopt FB's platform products
  • Manage partners by using various scaled engagement strategies to build awareness of company's developer products and move partners through the funnel towards product adoption
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new "disruptor" developers in market to build strong pipelines for potential partners to be added to book of business
  • Represent company's in external meetings with executives from other companies
  • Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships demonstrating high level of executive presence
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with a number of internal teams including: legal, policy, communication and developer operations, product marketing, and other product partnership managers
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the tech ecosystem, and deliver learnings and feedback to internal stakeholders via ecosystem reports
  • Engage and build strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders such as VCs, and evangelising company's products and platforms within the community
  • Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time, when it is safe to do so


Your Background

  • BA or BS Degree
  • At least 4+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles like partnerships, account management or sales
  • Experience working with Small-Medium Businesses or working with partners at scale
  • Collaboration and relationship-building experience - with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management
  • Experience working with China businesses and understanding of Chinese cross-border business culture
  • Experience working with startups, VCs, and good knowledge of the tech ecosystem in China
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin as the role requires engaging with partners in China whose usual business language is Mandarin
  • Strong curiosity for product and technology
