- Degree holder with minimum 10-12 years' experience managing Data Center Operations in the financial services industry
- Head the IT Disaster Recovery services (DR) team to formulate the IT DR strategy, co-ordinate the IT DR Plan and conduct annual Group IT DR Exercise.
- Experienced in supporting and managing Enterprise platforms; Mainframe, AS400, Unix, Wintel
- Strong leadership, communications and analytical skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Good understanding of operational tools within the Data Centre environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels;
- ITIL certified and conversant in ITSM and ISO
