About the Role

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be:

  • Handling incoming calls from users and answering basic queries
  • Assisting in log tickets
  • Perform 1st level trouble shooting and analysis when users send in cases
  • Perform user administration in testing environment

Your background

To be successful in this position:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge on usage of any call center telephony system
  • Experienced in troubleshooting basic IT related issues (application and/or infrastructure)
  • Work experience with IT customer service support
  • Shift schedule: Weekdays, AM shift 7.30 AM to 5:00 PM, PM shift 10.30 AM to 7:00 PM
