About the Role
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be:
- Handling incoming calls from users and answering basic queries
- Assisting in log tickets
- Perform 1st level trouble shooting and analysis when users send in cases
- Perform user administration in testing environment
Your background
To be successful in this position:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge on usage of any call center telephony system
- Experienced in troubleshooting basic IT related issues (application and/or infrastructure)
- Work experience with IT customer service support
- Shift schedule: Weekdays, AM shift 7.30 AM to 5:00 PM, PM shift 10.30 AM to 7:00 PM
