Our client, MNC in the field of specialize in designing and manufacturing advanced electronics and communication systems for the aerospace and defense industries.

We are looking to hire a HR Business Partner (3 months - permanent) with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Human Resource.

The role encompasses a wide array of HR responsibilities, primarily focused on the Singapore team. Leading major HR projects, advises on HR polices and procedures, support complex HR inquiries and guides the development of HR documents.

He/ She will be confident to consults with leadership to assess the organization's HR needs, and assists with Talent Management issues to ensure the business success.

  • Overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, total rewards, employee/labor relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborating closely with leadership, the role aims to implement HR programs aligned with specific objectives.
  • Maintaining a network of contacts in Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Labor and Employee Relations to address specialized HR queries and leading projects related to various HR functions.
  • Guides the development of essential HR documents, coaches leaders in addressing internal employee relations issues, and responds to HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees.
  • Managing personnel-related data and facilitating training programs.
  • Plays a key part in developing diversity and inclusion practices and CSR employee engagement activities.
  • HR transformation and liaises with the Global HR team for benchmarking and best practice sharing, while ensuring compliance with the Corporate Code of Conduct.

Top of FormTo qualify for this role, the ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating a strong track record in this field. He/she should be capable of working effectively in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment, understanding the dynamics and demands that come with it. Added advantage if can start on short notice.
