The Opportunity

• Serve as a People@ point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects in the APAC region
• Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
• Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approach for specific teams and needs
• Drive cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and create transparency around complex issues
• Communicate with clarity, brevity, and precision
• Act as primary project contact on specific initiatives and projects
• Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals
• Drive issues to resolution and escalate unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
• Coordinate, document and assign tasks for project teams
• Provides clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
• Use data to support decision making
• Lead and manage more than one project at the same time

Your Background

• Has 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and global stakeholder management
• Has the ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make good decisions under pressure
• With experience working at high-growth companies
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to be agile and flexible
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
• Has the ability to work with global teams and be on-call for immediate response and team activation
• Degree holder
