We are currently on the hunt for an energetic and polished Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for prospecting to generate leads and opportunities for the Account Managers. Various headcounts have been created to support their growth and expansion plans.


What you will do:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly set targets
  • Business development via cold calls, generating leads through various platforms such as LinkedIn, emails etc
  • High volume prospecting of new business opportunities utilizing cold calling, various digital and online prospecting methodologies
  • Qualifying and developing leads that will eventually result in a sales meeting for the Account Executive
  • Maintain accurate forecast and activities for the assigned regions
  • Efficiently process all opportunities, tracking and reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business
  • Prior experience indemand generation or sales experience will be a bonus
  • Must be a self-starterwho is able to drive themselves towards goals
  • Strong capacity to develop relationshipsquickly over the phone
  • Comfortable with detailed conversationsboth at a business and a technical level
  • Strongcommunications as well as organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships
