Tech Giant, Social Media Platform
- Work with partners and clients to understand their business objectives and develop the business messaging strategy in partnership with partner and client managers.
- Work with partner and client managers to join select partner and client meetings as a business solution expert and provide in-depth consultations with bespoke resources and analysis where appropriate, including contributing to business reviews.
- Leverage platform's data to create innovative, custom analyses and tools to address business challenges.
- Write SQL queries to extract necessary data, analyze the results to generate actionable insights and present the findings either in Tableau, Excel and/or PowerPoint.
- Pitch partners and clients on product opportunities, track product adoption and provide high-touch onboarding support.
- Advise partners and clients on the tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of our business messaging solutions.
- Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives for partners and clients.
- Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
- Experience analyzing data in SQL, Excel, SAS or other similar software
- Experience turning data into insights and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in Indonesian Bahasa and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience with ecommerce companies and/or clients strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
