Junior Analyst (Investment Finance)

The Opportunity
The Investment Finance (IF) unit is involved in assisting bankers in deal structuring, underwriting and portfolio management. The selected candidate will support the IF team in handling various activities related to portfolio management and reports.
Primary responsibility:
- Upload legal and related documents into the respective system, and coordinate this with various stakeholders across the global team
Other responsibilities:
- Daily line monitoring and resolution of technical shortfalls by doing necessary system updates
- Preparation of CA Due List and monthly reporting of overdue and extended list
- Preparation of monthly RRE valuation due list and quarterly CRE valuation due list and quarterly reconciliation of RRE valuation
- Quarterly reconciliation of US and UK RRE
- Follow up and upkeep of Finance related files (Past Loan Utilization, RoRC and CRWA)
- Reconciliation of Mpower accounts and Internal code mapping for these accounts
- CIM (Managed) account mapping
- Assist the team in various regulatory and non regulatory - regional and global projects
- Perform UAT testing
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Has a positive work attitude and the ability to work in both team environment and autonomously
- Independent thinker
- Good communication skills
