As the Key Account Manager for the Modern Trade sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and help ensure brand is the go-to choice in the market - across hypermarkets, supermarket chains and mini-markets in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the Modern Trade industry in Singapore through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Oversee client accounts with precision, handling order processing, contract management, and after-sales support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
What We're Looking For:
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven success in sales, particularly within the Modern Trade, with a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that make you a standout both independently and within a team environment.
- Poses your own vehicle as you will need to travel around frequently to meet clients in this role.
