L2 Network Engineer
- 12 months contract, with an option to extend
- Work arrangement: Hybrid work setup, requiring physical presence in the office or at the customer location

The Opportunity
- Day to day operational support for the following technology (e.g. Aruba/HPE, Cisco, Alcatel, Security products etc.) or customer groups that are critical or high- risk.
- Resolve single- and cross- technology incidents independently.
- Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross- technology incidents.
- Build and maintain strong relationship up to senior management level in assigned accounts.
- Assist in managing delivery of industry support solutions.
- Manage customer expectation as part of escalation process.
Your Background
- 6-8 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic knowledge of security protocols.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Aruba experience is an advantage
