A large financial services organization has created a new role and is now looking for their next Product Manager. This business is looking to grow out the learning and development products by shaping and executing digital and product strategy. Ideally you will have strong product vision and strategy experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the inception, development and launch of a new complete digital learning and development product offering from the ground up to support
- Responsible for strategy, roadmap, development and iteration of learning and development products
- Manage complete product lifecycle from ideation to sunset
- Work closely with user research and user experience to deliver, measure and iterate products users love
- Deliver successful products through careful strategic planning
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you would need to have the following skills:
- Product Strategy, Product Management, a strong product focused strategic thought process
- Solid understanding of product development and project management methodologies
- Very strong stakeholder management skills- internal and external
- Excellent communication skills and very good organizational skills
