The Opportunity
- Liaise with Mastercard and O&T to ensure smooth transition of the Debit card after the legal entity transfer. Focused workstream on the tech and support implications of the move including the recarding exercise etc to minimize client impact.
- Liaise with O&T and regional WMU team on the Debit card enhancements
- Conduct UAT and PAT testing of new features/digital enhancements
- Assist in the Debit card issues arising from BAU queries and card operations
- Assist in Debit card campaigns to increase eFX volume and sales
- Assist in the BAU fulfilment of NTB campaigns including MGM and Welcome Programs
Your Background
- Diploma in Marketing or demonstrated skill/experience in the relevant field.
- Possess Project Management skills
- Past banking experience will be advantageous
