As a global digital media and advertising platform, this US MNC has been transforming communications and media outreach globally. With rapid expansion in APAC, we are now seeking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the APAC Team in daily marketing operations duties which include data scrubbing and supporting marketing activities at the regional level. The ideal candidate should be highly meticulous with excellent project management skills and ability to work with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team in marketing events activities - sending out invitations, liaising with vendors, ensuring materials are in placed
- Provide operations support - reports, PO creation. Consistent follow up with the team to ensure smooth execution
- Follow up with partners and clients for post-event survey and feedback
- Data scrubbing of marketing agency/partners list. Ensure updated and orderly data in system
- Work as a team to identify area for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 - 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations role preferably within Advertising, Online Media, Internet, or tech industry
- You have great communications skills with ability to work in a cross-functional and diverse environment
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia will be ideal as you will be working with native speaking Indonesian clients
- Keen to commit for 1-year contract
Successful candidate will be offered 1-year contract with 15-days annual leave, 14-days medical leave and medical insurance coverage.
