The Opportunity
- Responsible for the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Office 365 Apps etc.
- Onboard new/existing Applications to Intune and publish it both internal and external users securely.
- Must have the willingness to technically deep dive across Microsoft 365 services, actively seek solutions to the needs of LBU's, communicate trends to management, and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements.
- Improve internal efficiency and end user experience by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools.
- Manage the implementation and operations of the mobile device management solution using Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in understanding and troubleshooting of Intune device Compliance, configuration policies, app protection, and app configuration policies.
- Experience in implementing the autopilot with different scenarios such as self-deploy, kiosk, hybrid azure AD join devices over VPN.
- Experience in Automated device enrollment/Device enrollment program for iOS/iPad devices.
- Sound knowledge of Office 365 Security and Compliance features
- Design, configure, and manage the Azure AD conditional access policies.
- Manage and maintain Windows 10, android, iOS, and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshooting of hybrid Azure AD and Intune enrollment devices.
- Experience in the creation and configuration of Microsoft store for business and deploy apps to Windows devices.
- Experience in design, manage, and maintain the cloud app security policies and alerts.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting, graph API, power BI Dashboards and generate reports for Intune and Azure AD for licensing and device compliance, application usage etc.
- Experience in the implementation, configure Microsoft information protection.
- Working directly with LBU's team and support staff to ensure mobile infrastructure functionality.
- Assisting with testing and daily operational support to reduce risk through the development and implementation of MDM policies including security and reporting.
- Manage and monitor Office 365 services (Teams/Yammer/Streams/PowerBi/PowerApps/AADSyc).
- Administer and support Office 365 policies and groups.
- Manage and monitor Office 365 services.
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage and maintain of Microsoft 365 license plans using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Prefer to have experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), desktop analytics, co-management.

- Understanding of Office 365 applications and integration.
- Experienced in rolling out O365 features in controlled manner to ensure best end user experience.
- Experienced in various flavors of SCCM and integration with Intune.
- Experience in automation of mundane tasks.
