• 12 months contract role
• 8 headcount open (4 headcount for Engineer Type 1 and another 4 headcount for Engineer Type 2)

• A multinational enterprise information technology company

The Opportunity

The main responsibilities would be as follows:

• Create and execute Method of Procedures (MOP) based on given template and customer site information X 10 per month
• Execute onsite deployment Checklist
• Execute onsite acceptance test plan (ATP), troubleshoot faults
• Provide Status report: Communicate results to project team and customer project team
• Provide Deployment support:
  • Meet with customer design team to understand required configuration changes according to Low Level Design recommendations
  • Generate configuration changes for network elements as needed (configurations may be provided by customer design team for certain projects)
  • Coordinate and support Implementation of configuration changes in Customer network according to customer-provided best practices
  • Coordinate and support monitoring of network elements after configuration changes (KPI Monitoring as required)
  • Confirm service completion with Customer prior to terminating network access
  • Provide troubleshooting support to customer for any issues related to network configuration changes implemented by supplier for up to two working days post configuration changes (Troubleshooting support is defined as being on a conference bridge and actively engaged in collecting logs and analysing data to successfully resolve the issue.)
