Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of Operations experience or a comparable environment in the Investment/ Private Banking industry. Prior Operations Risk Management or Audit experience is preferred but not essential. A Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred but not essential.1. Strong verbal and written skills.
2. The ability to understand and document complex processes, procedures and controls.
3. The ability to identify and articulate Operational risks within complex processes.
4. Intermediate PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills.
5. Be meticulous and inquisitive.
6. The contractor should be comfortable in interacting and working with managers at senior level.
