The Opportunity
- Perform, organise and streamline operational tasks across various departments to reduce the risk for potential errors
- Work on tasks concerned with sales operations and data analytics
- Provide technical assistance to clients and staff
- Monitor for problems and acting when required or escalating to the operations manager when needed
- Action activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers
- Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure
Your Background
- Microsoft office, Word, Excel
- Excellent organization and mathematical skills
- SQL
- Bachelor's Degree in business, administration or related field OR relevant experience
