The Opportunity
- Manage operational tasks of partner sales operations, including, but not limited to partner onboarding, tracking, contracting, and program execution/payouts for various incentives
- Manage support and escalations from partners, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to resolve and troubleshoot operational and/or technical issues for partners when they arise
- Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot/research requests
- Be the go-to person for partners and internal partner sales team for any operational and sales related issues.
- Provide the best partner experience based on timely follow-up, regular communications and creating partner visibilities inside the partner sales team.

Your Background
- 5+ years' experience
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
- Experience in partner management and partner operations, including the use of tools such as SFDC.
- Well-organized in keeping track of multiple partners and their details.
- Passionate about problem-solving and going deep into an issue
- A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative and taking it to finish line
- A strong communicator with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
- Experience working cross-functionally, prioritizing workstream, and taking responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
- Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses
- Experience in working with different regions and across multiple time zones
