The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical, creative and collaborative Performance Measurement Analyst who will be part of the APAC Partnerships group for a messaging product to define measurement strategies for partners and client. The focus of the role is to optimize value for customers and accelerate the growth of their businesses, while continuing to deliver great products to the world.

The Performance Measurement Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making across sales, operations, marketing and product. A large portion of the role will require building relationships with partners and clients while also diving deep into analyses and thinking creatively around new solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about messaging platforms, possess solid foundation in analytics and statistics as well as strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex set of client and solution provider relationships
  • Engage with clients and solution providers to improve understanding of their objectives on the messaging product
  • Lead analyses on how to measure and grow business value for clients and solution providers
  • Make recommendations and guide product and business decisions based on data analyses and an understanding of long-term strategy
  • Drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies and approaches
  • Design tests to showcase the power of good measurement using client and internal data
  • Work cross-functionally to develop external case studies that demonstrate the value of the messaging product

Your Background
Minimum Requirements:

  • Has 8+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience
  • Experience with SQL and manipulation tools to work with large data sets and distil insights
  • Experience translating complex findings into PowerPoint presentations for all types of audiences that drive understanding and action
  • Experience independently scoping and executing data research projects with clients and/or cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience with CX, direct response marketing and/or commerce measurement methods and technologies

Preferred RequirementsExperience working on South East Asian (especially Indonesia) markets

  • Experience being a thought leader in an analytical environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards independently (e.g. Tableau)
