ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client, an IT solutions provider with strong regional presence, is looking for a solutions consultant to join their expanding Asian operations. Reporting to the Solutions Director, you will work closely with the FSI sales team to jointly assess and deliver the right customer solution to a wide spectrum of enterprise clients.
- Work closely with sales team throughout the sales cycle, providing technical perspective, from deal qualification to POC stage
- Participate in deep-dive discussions and evaluate customer's current business needs and desired end-state infrastructure to translate the technical view into implementation view and determine necessary steps to reach the end plan
- Developing and respond to Proof of Concepts on Company's products, RFI's/RFP's and other tenders.
- Resolve and tailor ICT solutions to address customer's concerns and pain points
- Liaise with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues
- Degree-qualified, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in pre-sales
- Technically savvy, you will have significant exposure to ICT or SI solutions, ie applicatiions, network infrastructure, security solutions
- A strong communicator, you have proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Self motivated, you will be able to independently but work well in a team
