The Opportunity
- Produce, source, manage and execute world-class productions of on-platform advertising campaigns, from conception to completion
- Scope project terms and contracts with external production companies, technology partners and agencies, taking final responsibility for production deliverables and actuals
- Execute strong time/project management skills with an ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
- Strategize and collaborate with multiple creative teams across the region
- Identify and resolve production problems with ingenuity and a contagious "can-do" attitude
- Partner and manage relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Work to deadlines under pressure and manage staff to do the same
- Stay abreast of best-in-class technology partners and technical solutions that can be leveraged by the team
- Work closely with platform's internal business affairs and legal teams on IP law, marketing law and contracting law
Your Background
- 8+ years of experience producing award-winning commercials, branded content and multi-platform media experiences with an expertise in leading digital platforms and their technical requirements
- Production company and/or Advertising agency Producer experience is a must
- Interactive production experience, working with creative technology solutions is preferred
- Have a mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first (vertical) space
- Experience/passion to work with new tech and new categories of products - either bespoke or at scale
- Understanding and adhering to local customs and business practices across APAC
- A great network of external partners across the region
