The Opportunity
- Engage with markets and keep abreast on Product, Client Acquisition and Channels Performance - responsibility over ENR results
- Review sales productivity monthly to help markets improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with Decision Management Stakeholders to produce Regional Mortgage Client Metrics' results, review and analyze for actions to meet goals
- Work with Regional Finance stakeholders to produce Cross-Sell, product holding dashboard to analyze cross sell profitability by segment and recommend for actions as needed
- Help countries review Retention results and propose best-practices and actions as needed to drive results
- Assist in all Management presentations, global scorecard reporting and other actions as needed
Your Background
- Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Accountancy / Business Economics / Real Estate
- At least 8 years of relevant experience working in a retail banking business, preferably in mortgage or other product management roles
- Preferably with overseas or regional product management experience
- Detailed and analytical, solution driven
- Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
- Ability to adapt & drive changes
