Product / Project Manager

The Opportunity

  • Part of the Bonds and Structured Notes Team responsible for supporting this transformation project. Key responsibilities will include monitoring and tracking all critical deliverables, coordinating between the different departments, reporting progress to the necessary oversight forums and helping the business deliver the initiative in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Engage with different departments to coordinate and implement changes to product processes after the go live date
  • Participate in grooming calls, UAT testing and verification, and engage with various SMEs to ensure that the results are accurate and acceptable.
  • Problem solve issues related to the project in a prompt and proactive manner by engaging the appropriate stakeholders for issue resolution and escalation.


Product Management Activities

  • Be responsible for specific deliverables as part of the Bonds and Structured Notes Product Team This would involve supporting the product managers in their daily activities and/or in specific initiatives that the team is working on.
  • Participate in technology projects for product enhancements and customizations
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on product customization projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization


Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking or equivalent experience
  • 2 -5 years experience working with banking systems and back-end processes including payments and products.
  • Experience in Investment product management
  • Experience in project management would be a plus.
  • Comfortable attending numerous calls and speaking to stakeholders to drive project objectives.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products, and able to handle large amounts of data and emails.
