Job Description
- Serve as an expert in the support experience for fundraiser creators
- Develop and share deep expertise on Donate and Fundraiser products
- Support and respond to fundraiser creators, troubleshooting quickly to resolve any issues
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity based on support, and relay information to Partnerships/ Media Operations colleagues
- Use excellent communication skills to educate creators on our products, and provide feedback and recommendations when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in online operations, account management, or customer service
- 1+ years' experience with Excel and experience with project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones and functions
- Standout executor with attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure
- Bilingual in English and a second language for liaising other language speaking associates
