Our Client is a well -known leading technology MNC, specializing in technical products and services. Their culture is dynamic and fast paced.
The Chosen individual will have the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and act as Japan Social and Community point of contact for the company's product
  • Coordinate and manage Japan social and community channels for the product
  • Analyze voice of customers in Japan and deliver insights to help drive product/process improvements
  • Ad hoc localizations support that are required to communicate with global XFN teams
  • Execute day-to-day tasks relating to the product high-touch support operations such as assisting in handling technical escalations from customers, monitor feedback metrics and performance.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with in 3 years experience managing client relationships via sales, customer support role.
  • Candidates with relevant experience from ecommerce, electronics , tech background preferred.
  • Ability to organize and manage the activities that lead to the outcomes of a project: what, who, when, and how. (e.g., schedule, staffing, features) to deliver results on time.
  • Effectively monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations
  • Should be able to speak fluently in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
