The Chosen individual will have the following responsibilities:
- Execute P0 RCAs - Complete initial draft and complete follow ups of P0 RCAs, submit completed draft for final approval
- Triage P1-P2 RCAs to an internal YouTube team
- Develop program documentation, training materials, and templates
- Reference material for Specialists (e.g. onboarding, instructions for editing RCAs)
- Vendor resources (e.g. FAQ, Instructions for completing RCAs)
- Internal resources for cross-functional teams (e.g. MOMA wiki)
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent coordination and experience in project managing
- Experience in operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-tech company
- Independent problem solving
