The Opportunity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience in the Advertising sector or with Media/Advertising clients
- Experience scoping and executing research projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
- Good writing, project management and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal skills in English
- Emerging Markets experience preferred
- Proficiency in additional business language preferred
Your Background
- Establish high standards in partner growth & enablement, allowing best practice knowledge to travel seamlessly to benefit all local teams for all Authorized Sales partners
- Ensure data driven decision making, define KPIs, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive research projects on market conditions and the ASP Program's partners
- Monitor ongoing market and geopolitical conditions in markets with partner presence
- Manage partner-centric projects and initiatives
- Conduct deep-dives into existing regional strategies for developing and accelerating ASP business
- Build and manage frameworks, processes, and central documentation of all project communications to maintain operational consistency and alignment across teams
- Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions.
- Project manage mandated annual market and partner risk reviews and diligence renewal processes and real-time market risk monitoring.
- Manage cross-functional teams' work flows to ensure the on-time delivery of risk assessments of 40 markets and partner subsidiaries.
- Maintain up to date risk scoring on partner markets using multi-faceted risk scoring matrix
- Coordinate the escalation and evaluation processes of new and emerging risks uncovered through review and monitoring.
- Maintain rigorous, auditable documentation of findings, escalations, and outcomes.
- Build expertise within the ASP Central Programs team to represent the Risk & Compliance process to internal XFN including BP&O and regional sales
