Project Manager - Bank Custody Operation

The Opportunity
- Assist Operations with the co-ordination of release planning, execution and post-implementation review
- Change management Create Business Requirement Documents and support testing of solutions.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Develop a framework of a mutual commitment to meeting evolving business requirements and adapting to changing circumstances. Treat change as an opportunity to improve the service
- Manage to tight deadlines commitments
- Ensure all solutions are appropriately documented and communicated to impacted parties.
- Working with technology and product colleagues to develop a robust, stable and scalable solution.
- Produces/reviews BRDs (Business Requirements Document) & FRDs (Functional Requirements Document), coordinates and/or perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinates implementation of new developments.
- Ensure core Operations staff readiness for the implementation.
Your Background
- Degree in Banking or equivalent and possess relevant experience in Project Management and Change management.
- Extensive Custody experience and detailed understanding of Operational organization and clients needs.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Power BI / Tableau
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and accurate in requirement documentation.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within aggressive deadlines
- Results oriented, creative and resourceful problem solver using impeccable integrity and judgment
- Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques
Advantageous to have:
- PMO Certification
- Experience in Business Analyst skills
