The Opportunity
Along with our local leadership, a Program Manager will:
- Recruit and coordinate the program from start to finish
- To identify a pipeline of companies poised for growth, and fit with the program and other synergies
- Lead the planning, marketing, and hosting of local startup events with top local entrepreneurs and investors
- Serve as the main POC for founders during the program, and providing guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs following company's guidelines
- Graduate startups into our digital natives' coverage
- Ongoing program analysis, reporting, and shaping the direction and strategic roadmap to build a short-medium term pipeline
Your Background - Able to work independently and execution focused to get things done
- Team player and strong coordination skills
- Creativity in getting things done
- Organized and detail oriented and able to think about the big picture
- Initial knowledge in platform's ad solution
- Experience in business development and strategic partnership building
- Understanding of technology startups or experience in running or being in one is a plus
- Experience in running incubator and acceleration programmes is a big plus, if not a must.
- 5-8 years of Program Management experience
