The Opportunity
Here's an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our growing team. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office.

* Proactive sourcing of appropriate candidates for open roles
* Develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
* Build diverse candidate pipelines
* Identify, build relationships with and recruit passive external candidates

Qualifying Candidates:
* Follow Peoplebank's processes and best practices for selecting the most suitable candidates for our clients' requirements
* Have a thorough understanding of the current market and apply that knowledge when qualifying and pre-screening candidates
* Support multiple requirements at a given time
* Manage candidate expectations well throughout the recruitment process

Database Integrity:
* Maintaining updated information on database, adherence to standards and process

Brand Awareness:
* Promote Peoplebank as an industry leading specialist recruitment provider at all points of candidate contact

Your Background
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
* Has at least 3 years of experience in a research/ sourcing role
* Has commercial IT knowledge (software, hardware and services)
* Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgment in screening/ shortlisting candidates
* Understands urgency, is delivery focused and meets set deadlines
* Experienced in high-volume recruitment/ sourcing
* Previous experience with a recruitment provider is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work across multiple roles at the same time
* Quick to learn and keen to details
