The Opportunity
Be a part of a dynamic and vibrant team in a fast paced and structured environment to develop and deliver IT Recruitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Attract and place the best talent to shape the organisation
- Develop relevant connections with external candidates to pipeline for future opportunities
- Collaborate and consult on the best sourcing strategy and execute, in conjunction with other teams/partners as required
- Present shortlist and associated reports based on effective assessments including; phone screen, behavioral interviews and other tools as required
- Support the Hiring Manager in the selection process
- Facilitate the completion of all relevant background checks
- Manage offer process including negotiation aligned to process/policy
- Engage Agency Partners on relevant roles
Your Background
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following skills and experience:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a research/ sourcing role
- Has commercial IT knowledge (software, hardware and services)
- Strong phone filtering skills, time management and judgment in screening/ shortlisting candidates
- Understands urgency, is delivery focused and meets set deadlines
- Experienced in high-volume recruitment/ sourcing
- Previous experience with a recruitment provider is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple roles at the same time
- Quick to learn and keen to details
