The Opportunity

  • Supports integrated and inbound, multi-channel (virtual, hybrid and in-person) events including day-to-day planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, speaker outreach and prep, logistics, curation and development content, marketing and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives by executing events and experiential campaigns
  • Drives a candidate centric approach and positively impacts the candidates experience, consideration and engagement across all experiential elements
  • Takes feedback, input and alignment from cross-functional partnerships across multiple recruiting pipelines, hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent successful event and branding processes
  • Maps and evaluates project metrics, post-event reporting and analysis for cross-functional stakeholders. Oversee, measure and analyze the ROI of event marketing activations
    Liaises and collaborates with internal and external partners across regions including vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and effective event production and logistics

Your Background

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field would be preferred
  • 5+ years professional experience across events and/or marketing
  • Experience and knowledge in Recruitment Marketing or Employer Branding works is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in event marketing and management and project execution
  • Proven record in producing high quality integrated regional event experiences, virtual and in-person
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of rapid change and cross-functional dependencies, efficiently and effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, partnership, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with ability to develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans in alignment with goals and objectives
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to keep all timelines on track and meet strict deadlines
