The Opportunity
- Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
- In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimization of program go to market
- Performance management of program KPI's, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
- Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for platform's internal teams.
- Active communication and collaboration with platform's internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.
Your Background
- 5+ years' experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising.
- Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration
- Program/Project Management skills
- Performance management experience (not mandatory but high preference)
- Consumer and market insights
- Key words: Sales activations and sales enablement
