The Opportunity

  • Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams
  • In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimization of program go to market
  • Performance management of program KPI's, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics.
  • Build a deep understanding of advertiser challenges and opportunities. Generate actionable insights for platform's internal teams.
  • Active communication and collaboration with platform's internal teams for execution and influencing program outcomes.

Your Background

  • 5+ years' experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising.
  • Experience with end-to-end execution and driving wide cross functional collaboration
  • Program/Project Management skills
  • Performance management experience (not mandatory but high preference)
  • Consumer and market insights
  • Key words: Sales activations and sales enablement
