The Opportunity
- Deliver best-in-class account management to clients, by anticipating requests and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner
- Assist with the banking and lifestyle requests of clients; examples include redemption of frequent flyer miles, securing restaurant reservations and making golf bookings
- Achieve acquisition targets by bringing in new clients through internal leads and external sources
- Attend related dining/fashion events to build rapport with existing portfolio of clients, and to expand network of potential leads
- Contribute to overall team results by accomplishing individual sales targets
Your Background
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, luxury retail or air crew
- Able to communicate with confidence
- Able to work well under tight timelines and pressure
- Basic interest in fine wines & dining, luxury goods, and travel destinations
- Basic understanding of payments and credit card rewards
- Able to present, promote and sell card products and related services
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills to meet sales goals
