The team is looking to hire a Sales Operation Administrator (12 months) to support the sales team with the following job duties:
- Prepare quarterly business kits, improve Partner Alignment Program and update all program information accurately.
- Administer and process new partners contract on a regular basis and appropriately
- Assist in the system update on all sales management reports, both in excel pivot format and systems
- Project administration and records, creating functional dashboard etc
- Identify potential infringement and background checks - License compliance work u
- Ensure proper processing and backend administration background work
To qualify for this role, you will have experienced of at 3-5 years in the function of sales operations and administration. System and Process driven. Uses System and good knowledge of MS Office software will be a great plus. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and with people from diverse background.
