- Manage sales closures of lending and Credit Card portfolio related products, for a team of existing client's officers
- Understand and manage the client's platform, in event of a customer query
- X-sell lending products to calls transferred to them from the client's officer
- Ensure growth of sales offer made by the client's officers tagged to them
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience within customer service, call center
- Experience with relationship building with internal and external customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Quick ability to learn new products and processes
- Desire to show growth for self and for team on sales goals
- Work with a team as a good team player
- Spend time in training and coaching team members on sales
- Speak efficiently and professionally to premium clients
