SAP HR Functional Analyst

Location : Singapore
Role: SAP HR Functional Analyst
- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Understand the HR business process Conduct Analysis and Design workshop with users
- Translate Functional design into Technical Solution Conduct quality control on design by peers Design solution for HR processes
- Prepares comprehensive technical documentations (including specifications, test conditions and error handling)
- Execute end-to-end unit testing and System Integration Test (transformation, load and reconciliation)
- Support users in User Acceptance Tests
- Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement and resolution
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Work with Functional and Development team to resolve issues Support data load and support data reconciliation
- Participate in integration testing and document conversion results
- Participate in defect analysis and resolution
