- Atleast 5- 7 years of experience in AS/400
- Extensive knowledge in RPG ILE concept
- Knowledge on EDI, AS400 JOB Scheduler/ File transfer
- Hands on experience in CLLE, CL, RPG and MQ, WRx applications
- Experience in troubleshooting the various interfaces to the backend systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service delivery using ITIL Framework
- Manage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents, prepare status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders with the objective of resolving incidents and addressing adhoc requests to support high complex issues with in SLA/KPI
- Minimum 1-year experience in PIM and RP applications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer store marketing application
