A large financial services organization is hiring Senior Sourcing Analyst to lead all strategic sourcing activities within APAC working in collaboration with various business units and help driving continuous improvement for assigned business areas. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, Senior Sourcing Analyst will support all functions of Supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier diversity across all departments. This role will be joining a team of disruptors, innovators, inclusive and diverse workplace and doing meaningful work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and project manage APAC and global preferred supplier selection, financial analysis, RFP development in support of the execution of the strategic sourcing
- Work closely with legal and other business units to achieve favorable terms on quality, delivery, service level and cost
- Develop an auditing schedule to ensure that selected suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure compliance with risk requirements, CSR and any other applicable laws
- Deploys project management strategies to support the sourcing strategy initiatives
- Establish ongoing supplier relationship programs to track and measure performance, identify improvement areas and provide visibility over contract term
- Meets and exceeds targeted KPIs (savings budget, contract quality, process improvement, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in strategic souring, category management, negotiating and project management
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in purchasing systems and organizational interfaces (Ariba, Oracle and Risk management tools)
- Ability to take a business solutions approach- self motivated, team player and able to lead matrix teams
